Warm Up and Stretching 

  Stretching is very important:  Stretches many times a day, when you get up from bed  spend a minute or two to stretch out your neck and back. Also stretch before any exercise for 5 minutes  quads, hams, back, triceps, forearms, glutes and do some ankle rotations.  Stretch the muscle worked in between each set and  do it lightly.   Stretching improves flexibility and loosens up your muscles and this can help the healing process after a workout and prevent injury.
