Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, take 4 tablets twice daily. Take 4 tablets 30 minutes prior to breakfast and take 4 tablets again 30 minutes prior to lunch. On training days consume one of the daily servings 30 minutes prior to working out. If you weigh over 225 pounds, increase serving dosage to 5 tablets.
